You will manage and retain a wide array of US and international vendors that use our service daily.Own overall relationship with vendors, which includes increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and holistic satisfaction. You will drive interaction across the business to ensure successful on-boarding, on-going adoption of products, troubleshooting (alongside our technical team) and more. With key vendors, you will also establish a trusted/strategic relationship to drive continued value of our product and service. Lastly, you will also develop up-sell opportunities.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
· Experience in customer success, renewals, sales, account management or equivalent customer facing role.
· Experience working with Strategic or Key clients
· Demonstrated ability to work with members of the C-Suite.

Quartix is hiring a Senior Software Architect experienced with various ERPs platforms and API integration. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting of various ERP integrations. You will work closely with the IT Business Analysts to review gathered business requirements, write specifications and design solutions.
This position reports to CTO.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering experience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· 10+ years working with APIs and ERP integrations
· Knowledge of REST, SOAP protocols.
· Experience with SOA.
· Strong Security background.
· Good working knowledge of SQL.
· Ability to architect and implement API connections.
· Advantage: Experience with SAP, Dynamic 365 or Salesforce.
